The apartments are situated on the river embankment, a pleasant and relaxing promenade to stroll along to admire the sights of the busy estuary or to select from the many boat trips that depart from the waters edge. Dartmouth brims with an array of bistros, restaurants, boutiques and specialist shops that line its narrow streets with long flights of winding steps and intriguing medieval buildings. The apartments are within an easy level walk of the town centre. Apartment 6, located on the second floor (lift available but please note there are 11 steps up from street level to the communal entrance lobby), enjoys an open plan living space with side views towards the River Dart and the Royal Naval College, a bathroom and a comfortable bedroom. The added bonus of an allocated parking space makes this the perfect bolthole for a couple to escape to at any time of the year!
